George Miller’s action epic “Mad Max: Fury Road” hit cinemas this weekend and is drawing incredible rave reviews all round. On Rotten Tomatoes it clocked up a 98{8cfe84d18b661c0e88071c953771f19816be99714b4311fec7858d5ca27a2795} and 8.8/10 average rating score, on Metacritic it has managed an 89/100.
In both cases that’s easily Top 10 film of the year territory, in the case of the former that’s one of the best scores of all time for a blockbuster. Did the film lived up to the hype?
