It’s the classic story of boy meets girl, until the boy finds out the girl has some sort of horrific secret that will throw their entire romance into upheaval. Lou Taylor Pucci (Thumbsucker) takes the lead as a young American backpacking along the Italian coast, who meet Louise (Nadia Hilker), sparking a romantic connection.
